I had one (yes, only one) day where all the kids were asleep at the same time. I think I had about 30 minutes of peace and contentment. Aaron fell asleep for his nap about 30 minutes too late- he had climbed on Nathan's bed and turned the light on, and Nathan just crashed on the living room floor while reading books. I had to take a picture of them because it NEVER happens :)!
Nathan made a lion mask in preschool, so the whole family had to try it on.
Little Alison is changing and growing. She smiles so easily and loves to be talked to. I had to try on a few different flowers in her hair one day. We made them at Young Women's and I had to see how my handy work looked on her cute head.
On a snowy day, the boys got all geared up and went outside. Nathan chose his own clothes and said he was plenty warm. He got all ready while I was feeding Ali- that is the mischief time in our house. So far, no major injuries or damage done, but we have had plenty of messes and mischief-making that gets Mom a little riled up. Trying to keep perspective isn't so easy then, but I'm working on it.
New for Ali- Sitting up. She fell over right when I took the first picture, but I got a good one. This was when she was starting to sit up about almost a month ago. She sits up as long as she wants now and plays with her toys. It's so fun to watch her.
Nathan's first time trying out his bike. We need a lot more practice, but we had fun. Aaron wanted to try, too, but he's a little too small.
Aunt Carmen made the kids capes. They love them and run around the house as batman and superman. Alison even has her own little princess cape.
The boys like to get in the van and play around. I don't like it too much, especially after we had to jumpstart the van because they pushed too many buttons one day. They sure look cute while they are imagining and having fun, though.
Who is this kid?? Aaron is turning into quite the character. One minute he will be quietly reading his books or playing with his toys, the next he is putting on funny glasses or running full blast to tackle Nathan. We sure love him and all his antics, although lately he has been getting into a lot of things. He's hard to keep up with, especially, as I mentioned before, when I'm feeding Ali.
