Catching Up

I haven't posted in over 3 weeks, so this is kind of a random set of pictures and happenings. There were so many cute pictures, though, so this is a long post. The little guys are keeping me busy and we are enjoying the nicer weather. We take walks whenever possible.

Nathan - Little Helper

Nathan still enjoys helping out as much as he can. Usually he wants to sweep and mop (he brings them to me to tell me we need to get things done) or clean the mirrors, but here are some outside shots helping Dad.

Little Aaron

Aaron is such a cute little guy. He is getting to be so big and is such a great smiler. He likes playing games like Peek-a-boo and Pat-a-cake. He gives good hugs and is pretty pleasant most of the time. He wants to crawl and can get forward on one knee, but can't figure out how to move from there. He gets a little frustrated at times. He's also getting a new top tooth, so with those two things combined he can be a little fussy occasionally. I'm not sure what to do when he gets upset because he's always been so good-natured.

Aaron likes to stand up now - we have to hold him because he has no balance, but when I try to put him down to sit, he gets stiff and won't bend.

Little Fang
Aaron has new teeth! He got his two top "fangs" about 3 weeks ago. He looks so cute when he smiles big. The top middle ones are just coming through now. He has one of them through and the other one is so close. I will be glad when it breaks through because he will be a little happier.

The Two Little Guys

Nathan and Aaron are getting better at playing together. It's so fun to watch them interact. I still have to remind Nathan several times to be soft, but he is doing much better and Aaron just laughs and laughs when he sees Nathan. Nathan likes to help feed Aaron. That can be a challenge- trying to get Aaron fed and minimize the damage if Nathan helps.

Boys in the Tub

I think these two are so cute in the tub together. Aaron is getting big enough to be in the big tub. We don't leave them in together very long, but it's cute to watch them. Aaron loves the tub and loves to splash. He doesn't even mind his hair being washed- Nathan still doesn't like it, but loves everything about baths.

Nathan took Aaron's toy and Aaron was trying to crawl over Nathan to get it back. At one point Aaron was right on top of Nathan and looked like he had just tackled him. They were both laughing.

Uncle Todd's Graduation

We went to Todd's graduation from Weber State on May 2. Nathan and Aaron were both very good and Nathan clapped when they announced the graduates. He clapped very good for Uncle Todd and said "Yay Todd!" Afterwards while we were taking pictures, he was climbing up the side of the hill by the Dee Events Center and doing a little exploring.
